To extend the article, there could be a discussion of the chemical properties of the atom. This could include covalent radius and electronegativity. There could also be a deeper description of the electrons orbiting the atom; the two subshells and energy levels. Then, talking about the wavelengths of light emitted by lithium atoms and the energy difference between energy levels. Furthermore, there is also mass to discuss and the strength of the strong nuclear force and the electromagnetic force.
