Medical Serial Killer vs Serial Killer: a Distinction without a Difference

There is no good apparent reason why these constitute two different lists. If there is a good reason, it should be made apparent. If there is not, these lists should be merged.

"It excludes medical professionals and pseudo-medical professionals with their ability to kill simply and in plain sight" is a stated reason but hardly a justification. Why would that be relevant? 2001:1C02:1588:4100:7340:7108:3CF6:7E75 (talk) 08:05, 12 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
