Hello editors, I work for LG and would like to make some changes to the appliances section here, which is completely missing our SKS line. Can someone please help?

In the Home appliances section, can you add a subsection for SKS?

In 2016, LG launched SKS (formerly Signature Kitchen Suite) as its luxury built-in appliance line, focused on the high-premium product tier. It launched first in the US at the 2016 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) show.[1][2] In early 2019, LG opened a multimillion-dollar Experience & Design Center in Napa, California, positioning SKS around a “True to Food” ethos and hands-on culinary education for trade partners and consumers.[3] In February 2025, LG formally abbreviated the brand name from “Signature Kitchen Suite” to “SKS,” unveiling refreshed identity elements and products at the KBIS in Las Vegas.[4][2][5]

SKS’s portfolio spans professional ranges, rangetops, wall ovens, combinational steam and convection ovens, column and French-door refrigeration, under-counter refrigeration, and dishwashers.[6] At KBIS 2018, SKS debuted pro ranges with an industry-first built-in sous-vide module, later expanding that cooking modality across more models in 2019.[7]

In 2022, at KBIS 2023, the brand introduced the first 48-inch built-in French-door refrigerator, which was released in 2023.[8] In 2024 SKS’s Transitional Series 30-inch combi wall oven drew attention for an internal camera and “Gourmet AI” visual-recognition that can identify food and automate cooking parameters, alongside multi-mode capabilities spanning microwave, convection, thermal, halogen, and steam functions.[9]

SKS products have received multiple CES Innovation Awards, including 2024 Honoree designations for the 30-inch combi oven and a 30-inch induction cooktop.[10][11] The 48-inch built-in French-door refrigerator has earned global design recognition, including Good Design Awards as well as Red Dot and iF Design Awards. [12] Time also named the “Gourmet AI” oven among the Best Inventions of 2024.[9]

Hi @AAW at thelab, I'll take a look at all of this. It's a bunch, so give me a few days. Right away I see a few things that might be a little too promotional or POV, so I'll make some suggestions or edits there. --FeldBum (talk) 17:38, 27 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Hi @AAW at thelab, I did the first paragraph, with changes to text and citations. You can't use the SKS site nor press releases, but I was able to find other citations. This might be too much for the page, so it make sense to have a separate page for SKS, like Dacor vs Samsung Electronics. --FeldBum (talk) 14:02, 3 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Did some more and made a new section - I'm going to start a draft a new page instead of adding all this extra stuff in. --FeldBum (talk) 21:50, 5 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you @FeldBum a new page sounds good to me if you think it will work. Do you want me to send you details like the lines above? And thank you for the edits so far. The changes you made are fair. AAW at thelab (talk) 19:30, 6 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
