Representating North Koreans

Why there is no North Korean in representation box? Can you add Kim Il Sung to? (I am not Korean btw)

Incomprehensible sentence

Under Genetics, second paragraph, the sentence: Modern Koreans likewise cluster with populations from the Neolithic Devil's Gate at the Amur region exist too, similar to modern Japanese and certain Tungusic groups, such as Ulchis, Nanais, and Oroqens makes no sense.
