As originally written, this article reeked of WP:COATRACK related to a lawsuit. It's not clear how much notariety she would have without the lawsuit. @Toddst1 About notability, there is coverage, which I shall find and add, given that many of the original sources have been removed. Also, I wanted to ask, would it be appropriate to create a different page that covers the lawsuit? I'm not sure so I'd appreciate your experience. Thank you. I'm pretty sure it's not going to meet the threshold for an article. Honestly, its starting to look like you have a WP:COI or an WP:AXE to grind with this guy Charney.
