Merge into Chinese Academy of Engineering#Publications?

I think this article should be merged with the article on the Academy, because this article fails the general notability guidelines (no sources other than its publishers) and is unlikely to receive additional sourcing. User:Jonwilliamsl(talk|contribs) 18:56, 19 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
