This section needs a massive overhaul. I don't know anything about this program or its characters, so I don't feel like I can purge it, but I will edit some blatant mistakes and prose.

I think the "character bio" bits would make more sense on Fandom. A similar topic with a good page to model this one after would be Vocaloid 2.

Edit: These are actually copy-pasted from the Chipspeech website directly, which is worse. I am going to delete the biographical sections.
