These are a few links that I hope to add later to the article so that it can be more reliable

This article kinda sucks

[edit]

Not really because of the content though. More so how it’s worded. Not sure how to explain it other than it reads like a 10th grader trying to sound like an academic 24.51.241.147 (talk) 08:38, 15 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Contradictory Information in Article

[edit]

Either Cannabis Use Disorder is cannabis addiction, or it's defined by continued cannabis use despite clinically-significant impairment. Which is it? Not everyone who is addicted has clinically-significant impairment, and not everyone who continues daily use despite clinically-significant impairment is addicted (although the latter is probably rare and harder to qualify). If there's two different definitions, then the article should not use them interchangeably. For example, the 6% figure referenced in the NY Times article is in reference to addiction, not continued use despite clinically-significant impairment. The article misrepresenting 6% of the population as continuing use despite impairment is extremely misleading, irresponsibly so, even. Uchiha Itachi 25 (talk) 20:39, 14 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia articles are written based on what Reliable Sources say: WP:RS, and we don't allow Original Research WP:NOR. So if you can find MEDICAL sources WP:MEDRS making the distinction that you make than we can clarify that and resolve what you think is a discrepancy in proper term application/usage. ---Avatar317(talk) 00:30, 15 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
