I request that the infobox template be changed from the civilian attack infobox to the military operation infobox. It would be appropriate to have a civilian attack infobox if this airstrike largely killed civilians, like others that Israel has conducted. However, all sources that I can find (including those cited in the article) indicate that at least 102 of the 108 dead were Iranian-backed militiamen. With that in mind, it seems inappropriate to have the civilian attack infobox.
Other attacks/operations that killed a far greater proportion of civilians still use the infobox: military operation template.
I propose something like the following (feel free to change it if it's stylistically wrong, I've only been on Wikipedia for a month or so).
