Sultan Shahpur Durrani (Pashto[b]: سلطان شاهپور دراني; Persian[c]: سلطان شاهپور درانی) was briefly the ruler of Afghanistan following the abdication of his full brother, Fath Jang Durrani. Shahpur declared himself king, but soon chose to surrender, and be succeeded by Wazir Akbar Khan.[1][2] Shahpur fled to Peshawar and stayed there until his death.
