Stathis Kappos (Greek: Στάθης Κάππος; born 31 July 1979) is a Canadian former football player, who played as a right back.
Club career
[edit]Kappos played his entire career in Greece, mostly serving lower league sides. However, he did enjoy short spells at first division sides, AEK Athens and Aris, as well as a couple of seasons with Kalamata.
Kappos left Akratitos on a free transfer to join third division side, Messiniakos on 2 August 2006. Messiniakos finished first at the end of the season.
International career
[edit]He played his one and only game for the Canada national soccer team on 18 January 2004 against the Barbados national football team in a friendly game.[1]
