Shagurit (Arabic: شاغوريت) is a Syrian village located in Muhambal Nahiyah in Ariha District, Idlib. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Shagurit had a population of 684 in the 2004 census.[1]
Syrian Civil War
[edit]On 11 June 2012, a clash occurred between the Free Syrian Army and the Syrian Arab Army, after the latter tried to retake to settlement. The attack was repelled.[2]
