Between 2024 and 2025, the company organized several digital literacy initiatives such as the TechUpNaija program, which trained over 150 Nigerian youths and community members on media and technology skills.[4][5]
Seraph Public Relations and Media received several awards for excellence in communications and digital empowerment. In 2025, the company won two MEA Markets African Excellence Awards — Best Media Monitoring and Management Company (Nigeria) and African Digital Literacy Champion.[6][7]
