Progress Residential

Progress Residential is the second largest owner of single-family rental homes in the United States. It is owned by Pretium Partners, a private equity firm.

As of late 2022, Progress Residential owned 85,000 homes, the second largest owner of single-family rental homes in the US after Invitation Homes.[1][2]

Prospects looking to rent a home can search and browse through a number of homes located in their area of interest. Users can either use the main search feature on https://rentprogress.com or browse through homes within 30+ Markets across the US by entering on https://rentprogress.com/homes-for-rent.

Progress Residential owns office locations in 26 cities throughout the United States[3]. Tenants and prospects can set up in-office appointments to sign leases, make rent payments, schedule property management services, etc. These same services are also available to prospects and residents digitally through the Progress Residential website.
