Poolfold is both a hamlet[1] and suburb[2] of Biddulph in the Staffordshire Moorlands district of the county of Staffordshire, England.[3]
Geography
[edit]Poolfold is located to the north of Biddulph and adjacent to Biddulph Grange, which is directly south of the hamlet.[4] It is also close to the Cheshire border.
Amenities
[edit]The hamlet is mostly residential with a local pub called "The Talbot".[5] It also is close to St Lawrence's Church and the aforementioned Biddulph Grange.
Transport
[edit]The hamlet is served by regular bus services between Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, Biddulph and Congleton.[6]
