Nikola Tesla's 3-6-9 theory

Nikola Tesla's 3-6-9 theory states that the numbers 3, 6 and 9 play a fundamental role in the universe. The idea is based on number theory and patterns in mathematics, especially how numbers behave when they are repeatedly doubled and the digit sum of each number is taken until a single digit remains. It is named[by whom?] after inventor Nikola Tesla's fascination with the numbers 3, 6, and 9 but it was not formulated by him.[1]
By continuously doubling the numbers 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, etc., and adding the digits of each number together until a single digit remains, a sequence of digits is formed.[2]

In this doubling sequence, a striking pattern emerges. The resulting digits form a repeating six-digit pattern: 1, 2, 4, 8, 7 and 5, after which the pattern starts over. Remarkably, the digits 3, 6, and 9 do not appear in this sequence.

If a circle is drawn with nine equally spaced points, numbered from 1 to 9, the six digits of the doubling sequence can be placed on six of these points in the order of the cycle. The three remaining digits, 3, 6, and 9, then form an equilateral triangle within the circle. In this way, a clear geometric and numerical harmony emerges: the six digits of the doubling sequence follow a circular cycle, while the three missing digits form a stable triangle.
Key to the universe
[edit]The theory is based on the idea that everything in the universe is energy vibrating at different frequencies, and that the numbers 3, 6, and 9 have a special significance in these vibrations. The numbers 3, 6, and 9 are said to influence the patterns and energies of all other numbers. According to Nikola Tesla, the digits 3, 6, and 9 have a direct connection to the energy rhythms of the universe. He believed that these numbers formed the blueprint for the laws of energy and motion.[3] The numbers 3, 6, and 9 were thought to represent 'divine' or 'universal' energy, as they seem to 'govern' the patterns of the other numbers.[1]
