New Gaza
New Gaza is a joint plan for reconstruction for the Israeli-controlled side of the Yellow Line in the Gaza Strip among anti-Hamas militant groups. The plan is led by Husam al-Astal, leader of the Counter-Terrorism Strike Force, an Israeli-backed militant group in the Gaza Strip, who claims to have support from a variety of other anti-Hamas Gazan militias including the Popular Forces, the People's Army Northern Forces and the Popular Defense Forces.[1][2]
