Muhammad Khalil Akhtar (born 15 April 1984) is a Pakistani sports shooter.[2][3] Khalil was the flag-bearer at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics opening ceremony along with Mahoor Shahzad and competed in the men's 25 metre rapid fire pistol event, finishing 15th.[4][5]
Career

Akhtar won silver in the 2016 South Asian Games.[1] He finished sixth in the men's 25 metre rapid fire pistol event at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.[6]
