Mohammadabad (Persian: محمداباد)[a] is a village in Yanqaq Rural District[4] of the Central District in Galikash County, Golestan province, Iran.
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 605 in 144 households, when it was in the former Galikash District of Minudasht County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 577 people in 165 households,[6] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Galikash County.[7] The rural district was transferred to the new Central District.[8] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 591 people in 175 households.[2]
