The Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Policy (Serbian: Министарство рада, запошљавања, борачке и социјалне политике, romanized: Ministarstvo rada, zapošljavanja, boračke i socijalne politike) is a ministry in the Government of Serbia. The current minister is Milica Đurđević Stamenkovski, in office since 16 April 2025.
The Ministry was established on 11 February 1991. From 2001 to 2004, the Ministry was split in two separate ministries, one in charge of labour and employment portfolio and the other in charge of social policy portfolio.

- Department for persons with disabilities protection
- Department for financial and analitical affairs
- Department for international cooperation, European integration, and projects
