Co acquired the S&R Membership Shopping chain from its previous owners in 2006.[5][6][7]
Alcorn Gold Resources changed its name to Costco Capital Inc. in 2012.[8]
In December 2025, Co's Crystal Bridges Holding Corporation fully acquired the PrimeWater of Manny Villar.[9]
