List of most-streamed artists on Spotify



The following list contains the most-streamed artists on the audio streaming platform Spotify. As of February 2024, American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift is the most-streamed artist,[2] and Canadian rapper Drake is the most-streamed male artist in Spotify's history.[a] Since 2012, Spotify has published a yearly list of its most-streamed artists, which has been topped by Drake and Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny a record three times, with Bad Bunny being the only artist to do so in consecutive years (2020–2022). Swift is the only female artist to have topped the list (2023–2024).

Most monthly listeners

As of November 2025, Canadian singer-songwriter The Weeknd is the artist with the most monthly listeners. He was the first artist to surpass 100 million monthly listeners, while American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift was the first female artist and second overall.[18] American singer-songwriter Billie Eilish was the third and youngest artist to achieve the feat.[19] Barbadian singer Rihanna is the latest artist to surpass 100 million monthly listeners.[20] American rapper Kendrick Lamar was the first rapper to both achieve the feat and surpass the 110 million mark. British band Coldplay holds the record for groups at 98 million monthly listeners and are the first in their category to reach the 60, 70, 80 and 90 million marks.[21]
