Ju.com, formerly known as JuCoin is a cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2013, it is one of the oldest cryptocurrency exchanges in China. The current CEO is Sammi Li.[1][2]

The company have developed a digital asset ecosystem encompassing JU Token, JuOne (a smartphone), and JuCoin Labs.[3]

History

JuCoin's underlying exchange infrastructure traces back to 2013, when it was established as one of the early cryptocurrency trading platforms in Asia. The original platform achieved significant regional market share, becoming the largest digital asset trading platform in the Chinese market by 2015.[4]

On August 29, 2025, in Smyrna, Delaware, and Singapore, Connexa Sports Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: YYAI) and JuCoin Capital Pte Ltd filed a $500 million definitive agreement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to establish aiRWA, a digital asset platform.[5]
