Ingrid Segura (born 29 June 2006) is a Bahraini weightlifter of Colombian origin. She is the 2025 World Championships bronze medalist and the 2025 Asian Junior Champion in the 69 kg category.

Career

Ingrid Segura was born in Colombia in 2006. She represented Colombia in international youth competitions from 2021, winning gold medals at the World Youth Weightlifting Championships in 2021 and 2022 in the 64 kg category.[1]

In July 2025, competing for Bahrain, Segura participated in the 2025 Asian Junior Weightlifting Championships in the 69 kg category and became champion with a total of 238 kg in the combined lifts.

In October 2025, she won the bronze medal at the 2025 World Weightlifting Championships held in Førde, Norway, in the 69 kg weight class with a total of 241 kg. She placed third in the snatch (107 kg) and won a small silver medal in the clean and jerk (134 kg).[2][3]
