Garma Poshteh (Persian: گرماپشته, also Romanized as Garmā Poshteh)[1] is a village in Miyandaman Rural District, Kuhestan District, Tonekabon County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 418, in 152 families.[2] Increased from 290 people in 2006.[3]
