Description	Opening of the Tale of Igor's Campaign (Old East Slavic: Слово о пълку Игоревѣ) as preserved in the Catherine manuscript made for the Russian Empress Catherine II in approximately 1790 from, it is supposed, a fifteenth- or sixteenth-century Pskov manuscript that burned in 1812.
