fair use rationale text: This image, Jhansi_Trooper.JPG, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (ranam) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because it depicts visually, and for want of freely available images, the factuallity of the existence and capaibillity of the women's regiment, The Rani of Jhansi regiment of the INA as a fighting force.

Also, the image does not come from a commercial source and, given the archival character of the work, age and the historical context, it is not a cause of loss of revenue. It is suspected that the Image may have expired copyright status due to age.
