Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	The image will be used in the infobox to show what image IntelBroker uses to identify themself. IntelBroker publishes most of their leaks under this image, and it is significantly identified with them.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	This is the only image used by IntelBroker.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The image will only be used in the infobox
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The publishing company is defunct, and the image was only used for a brief period in the 1940s for non-commercial purposes. Additionally, the version IntelBroker uses is already cropped.
Other information	I am unsure if the modern German State inherited the copyright to posters created by the Nazi government, but better safe than sorry.
