VAdm. Bernard A. Clarey, USN, Commander Second Fleet and Joint Task Force 122, and Army Lt. Gen. J.L. Throckmorton, Commanding General XVIII Airborne Corps, Ft. Bragg, N.C., discuss Joint Operation Clove Hitch III outside Atlantic Command Operational Control Center, Norfolk, Va. The exercise, being conducted April 8-20 in the Caribbean, involves more than 21,000 Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps personnel.
