This clip of Alim Qasimov's "Bagishlamani", taken from the album Love's Deep Ocean is used for the purposes of criticism and comment on the artist Alim Qasimov and his musical style: mugham. At 30 seconds long it is significantly shorter than the complete original recording and I believe that this sample will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original recording. It is intended, in the context of scholarship, to inform the reader of the sound of Alim Qasimov while not displacing the original product.
