Eke Chukwu is a British actor, writer and director whose career spans film, television, theatre, radio, animation and video games. He has worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company, the National Theatre, the BBC, Netflix, and Stage Entertainment's Blue Man Group [1].Chukwu has also written and directed several independent films.[2] [3] [4] [5] [6]
Career
[edit]Chukwu began his professional stage career in the early 2000s, performing in productions for the Royal Shakespeare Company [7],National Theatre[8] [9] [10] [11] and Orange Tree Theatre.[12][13] He later toured internationally as a performer with Blue Man Group in London, Chicago, Berlin and New York. [14]
He has appeared in BBC’s EastEnders,[15] Hartswood Films/Netflix’s Inside Man,[16][17] the feature film Election Night,[18][19] and independent films.[20][21]
Chukwu has written and directed short films, including Cloudfall, [22] The Sound of Love[23] and A Night and Some Change,[24][25] as well as the feature film Zoe and the Astronaut.[26][27]
