Drosophila angularis is a species of fruit fly in the Drosophilidae family, which was first described in 1956 by the Japanese entomologist, Toyohi Okada.[1][2] The fly is part of the Drosophila quinaria species group.[3]

It is found on mushrooms.[3]

It is found in Japan,[4] Korea,[4][5] and Russia.[1]
