Hi! I'm Rob Andzik (username: randzik), and I am currently serving as the Chairman of the Board for Lalmba Association. I have a clear Conflict of Interest with this article, and I want to be transparent about that from the outset.

My intent in drafting this article is to improve factual representation of Lalmba on Wikipedia, since the organization has been active for over 60 years but has not had a page until now. I've done my best to follow Wikipedia's notability, tone, and sourcing guidelines, and have cited multiple independent, third-party sources.

I'm very open to feedback, edits, or a full rewrite by uninvolved editors, and I welcome review from the community. Thank you for your time and consideration.
