Zin Nyi Nyi Aung (Burmese: ဇင်ညီညီအောင်; born 6 June 2000) is a Burmese footballer playing as a goalkeeper for Burmese club Yangon United. He was signed from the Dagon Star United to the Yangon United senior team.[3]
Club career

[edit]Zin Nyi Nyi Aung steadily established himself as a trustworthy presence between the posts. In the 2020 Myanmar National League, he featured in 8 matches, logging around 720 minutes. He returned as a regular in 2022, starting 15 games, totaling approximately 1,350 minutes, and securing 5 clean sheets . These seasons at ISPE allowed him to gain valuable match experience in Mandalay and build the foundation for his later career moves.
Dagon Star United
[edit]At Dagon Star United (formerly Dagon FC), Zin Nyi Nyi Aung played a key role as the team's first-choice goalkeeper, especially during the 2024–25 Myanmar National League season. He featured in 19 league matches, logging around 1,620 minutes, and helped secure 7 clean sheets, contributing to a strong 4th-place finish for the club. One standout performance came in Week 18, when he was named Man of the Match after a goalless draw against Shan United, where his shot-stopping was vital in denying the champions. Zin Nyi Nyi Aung's consistency between the posts also made an impact in crucial fixtures—such as the 4–1 victory over GFA in Week 21—earning him the Best Player award for that match and helping Dagon Star reach a top-four league position . Overall, his performances with Dagon Star United solidified his reputation as a reliable shot-stopper, paving the way for his eventual move to Yangon United in March 2025.
Yangon United
[edit]Zin Nyi Nyi Aung officially joined Yangon United on March 25, 2025, transferring from Dagon Star United and becoming the club's first-choice goalkeeper. In 2025 MNL League Cup, Zin Nyi Nyi Aung played his first match for Yangon United in a 0–0 win over Yangon Royals.
