Whitney Jones is an Arizona-based IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and professional fitness competitor best known for being a three time winner of the Ms. Fitness Olympia competition.[1][2][3] Jones won the title in 2018, 2019 and 2021 and was the first winner of the Olympia title to also be a mother.[4]
Early Life
[edit]Jones is from Arizona and, alongside her two brothers, developed an interest in sports and competition at an early age.[5] Jones graduated from Arizona State University summa cum laude with a degree in Business Communications.[6]
Fitness Career
[edit]Jones is known for her winning the Ms. Fitness Olympia three times, in 2018, 2019, and 2021, and has qualified for the Olympia ten times.[7][8] In 2018, she also won Arnold Classic Ms. Fitness International and has competed in countries including: Australia, Spain, Brazil and Canada.[9]
Jones has sustained multiple fitness related injuries and surgeries, including a severe neck injury in 2017 that nearly ended her career.[1] Despite these physical setbacks, Jones’ positive attitude is widely recognized in the field.[10]
In 2025, Jones filmed an episode of Legacy Makers TV, where she shared her insights into mental resilience, habits for peak performance and the discipline it takes to achieve success.[11] The episode will stream on Inside Success TV. Also in 2025, Jones released her book, Win Broken, with a forward by Dave Streen.[12]
Jones is a motivational speaker and host of Olympia TV, and Ms. Heath and Fitness Competition.[13]

Personal Life
[edit]Jones has two sons and is the owner of four fitness related companies, including Pro Physiques personal training gym and FEARless apparel line.[1][14]
