Veefin Group is an Indian financial technology conglomerate which was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.[5] The group provides technology products to banks, NBFC, financial and corporate companies.[6]
History
[edit]It was founded by Raja Debnath and Gautam Udani in 2018.[5]
In Dec 2024, the group raised ₹136 crore (US$16 million) from capital market investors for their growth, products scaling, and expansion.[7]
Acquisitions and investments
[edit]In 2024, the company announced the acquisition of a Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and accounts automation company Regime Tax in June 2024.[8] The group acquired Nityo Tech Pvt Ltd, the Indian division of Singapore-based Nityo Infotech with an undisclosed amount in Aug 2024.[9] The group acquired digital lending company EpikIndifi in a cash and equity swap deal with a value of ₹125 crore (US$15 million) in Sep 2024.[10] The group acquired its first international deal with Singapore-based GenAI company Walnut in an all-cash deal with purchasing a 50 per cent stake in Nov 2024.[11] Walnut company converts complex and huge amounts of unstructured data into razor-sharp insights by delivering it with speed and accuracy.[12]
In 2025, the group subsidiary Estorifi Solutions, has acquired Dubai-based TradeAssets company that provides a digital trading platform for trade finance assets in Feb 2025.[13] The group invested in a company White Rivers Media with an undisclosed amount. This will help company to expand its creative and media services in Feb 2025.[14]
