Draft:Tanya Solomon
Submission declined on 7 October 2025 by CurryTime7-24 (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of music-related topics). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Tanya Solomon is a violist who has performed as a recitalist and as one half of the Slapin-Solomon Viola Duo.[1][2] [3][4][5] Solomon was based in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina and performed throughout the US in benefit concerts. [6][7][8] [9] She has also soloed with and been a member of orchestral and chamber ensembles,[8][10] and she was an artist in residence at the Montalvo Arts Center in California.[11] Solomon can be heard on multiple albums, including the Bach Cello Suites performed on viola.[1][12] [13][14][15][16]
