Stampli is an American financial technology company that provides software for accounts payable automation, payments automation, and procure-to-pay. The company has raised US$148 million in venture capital funding from investors including Insight Partners and Blackstone.[1][2]

History

Stampli was founded in 2014 by brothers Eyal and Ofer Feldman. According to TechCrunch, the company’s early software was designed to let users communicate within individual invoice records.[1]

In 2020, the company introduced Direct Pay, a feature for vendor payments.[3] The following year, it introduced the Stampli Card, a digital corporate credit card integrated into its accounts payable system.[4] In 2024, Stampli announced a Cognitive AI feature for purchase order matching,[5] and in 2025 it introduced procure-to-pay functionality.[6]
