Monastery of the Meeting of the Lord or Sretenje Monastery is a men's Orthodox monastic institution in Escondido, California, part of the Serbian Orthodox Church in North and South America.[1] It is under the omophorion of His Grace Bishop Maksim Vasiljević of the Serbian Orthodox Eparchy of Western America.[2]
The administrator of the monastery is V. Rev. Protobresbyter Milovan Katanić.
The monastery is located truly "off-the-beaten-track" as the saying goes, though it's not hard to find once you begin to follow GPS instructions.[3]
