Draft:Smzh ag

  • Comment: Well done on creating the draft, and it may potentially meet the relevant requirements (including WP:GNG, WP:NCORP) but presently it is not clear that it does.
As you may know, Wikipedia's basic requirement for entry is that the subject is notable. Essentially subjects are presumed notable if they have received significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject. To properly create such a draft page, please see the articles ‘Your First Article’, ‘Referencing for Beginners’ and ‘Easier Referencing for Beginners’. In short, "notability" requires reliable sources about the subject, rather than by the subject.
Please note that many of the references would appear to be from sources that are NOT considered reliable for establishing notability and should be removed (including blogs, company websites, press releases, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify etc).
Please note that many of the references are not formatted correctly (see Introduction to referencing with VisualEditor and Wikipedia’s Manual of Style for help).
Additionally, the draft tends to read too much like an advertorial, which Wikipedia is not (also see WP:PEACOCK).
The draft does not appear to show that the subject has any notability beyond the average coverage in trade publications for similar corporations (see WP:ROTM).
Also, if you have any connection to the subject, including being the subject (see WP:AUTOBIO) or being paid, you have a conflict of interest that you must declare on your Talk page (to see instructions on how to do this please click the link).
Please familiarise yourself with these pages before amending the draft. If you feel you can meet these requirements, then please make the necessary amendments before resubmitting the page. It would help our volunteer reviewers by identifying, on the draft's talk page, the WP:THREE best sources that establish notability of the subject.
It would also be helpful if you could please identify with specificity, exactly which criteria you believe the page meets (eg "I think the page now meets WP:NCORP criteria #3, because XXXXX").
Once you have implemented these suggestions, you may also wish to leave a note for me on my talk page, including the name of the draft page, and I would be happy to reassess. Cabrils (talk) 12:00, 4 August 2025 (UTC)

smzh ag (formerly Swiss Management Zürich AG) is a Swiss financial services company headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.[1] Founded in 2003, the company provides consulting services to individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).[2] Its services include finance & investments, pension planning, insurance, mortgages & real estate, and tax & legal advisory.

History

[edit]

The company was established in 2003 under the name Swiss Management Zürich AG. In 2018, it was acquired by a new management team, which led to organizational restructuring and expansion. In October 2023, it was renamed to smzh ag.[3][4] The company is currently led by Gzim Hasani, who serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner.[3][5][6]

In 2022 and 2023, smzh opened new branches in Arosa and Lucerne, followed by locations in Aarau, Bern, and Buchs SG. In 2024, additional offices opened in Frauenfeld, Chur, Pfäffikon SZ, St. Gallen, and Basel.[7][8][4][9] In 2024, the company expanded its business operations to Pristina, Kosovo, in cooperation with the Kosovan ambassador to Switzerland. smzh ag has also entered partnerships with organizations such as FC Aarau[8][10] and has sponsored events such as the Emmi Caffè Latte Beachtour.[11]

Services

[edit]

smzh provides modular financial consulting services in the areas of investment planning, retirement planning, insurance, real estate, mortgages, taxation, and legal advice.[1][8][12] The company operates independently of banks and insurance companies and is compensated through commissions from product partners.[2]

The smzh ag consulting model combines traditional advice with digital tools as part of a “360° consultation” approach.[1][13]

Reception

[edit]

In 2024, smzh ag was a partner of the Forbes Money Summit. CEO Gzim Hasani served as a jury member for the “30 Under 30 Switzerland” list.[14][15] That same year, he was named “Most Influential CEO – Switzerland (Insurance and Mortgage Solutions)” by CEO Monthly.[16][17][18][19][20][21]
