JB debuted the performance of the track on January 30, 2025, at M Countdown in Seoul, South Korea, wearing a pink and red demon-inspired outfit. On February 2, 2025, at the Grammy Awards held at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, CA, USA, JB performed his first three singles from the album: Sin and Seduction, wearing a long blue tuxedo, followed by Welcome to the Laboratory and Crimsons Skies, in a "dirty doctor" costume. During the broadcast commercials, he debuted performances of two additional singles, Body Language and My Horny Friend, alongside Lady Gaga's Abracadabra. At the same time, he released a short film featuring both new songs during the commercial breaks.[11]

On March 30, 2025, the album Sinful Desire was released worldwide. All 14 tracks from the first version were commercially successful. JB shared a message of appreciation to his fans for supporting the project and celebrating the album’s success.[12]
