Select VoiceCom (SVC) is a privately held American–Australian business process outsourcing firm headquartered in Cebu City, Philippines. It offers customer support, technical assistance, back‑office processing, telemarketing, and AI‑enhanced services to clients in North America, the UK, Australia, and Asia. As of mid‑2025, SVC operates over 1,500 seats across facilities in Cebu IT Park and Davao City.[1][2]

History

Founded in 2008 as Executive Boutique Call Center, the company initially focused on outbound lead generation and sales support for U.S. small and medium-sized enterprises.[3] In August 2024, SVC expanded its Cebu IT Park headquarters by 525 operational seats and added communal and leisure spaces to support workforce growth.[4][5] In November 2024, it rebranded as Select VoiceCom to consolidate services under a unified global identity.[6] In early 2025, SVC launched a second facility in Davao City, improving geographic redundancy and expanding its workforce.[6]
