Salesflare is a Belgian software company that develops a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform for business-to-business (B2B) sales teams at small and medium-sized businesses. Reporting in the tech and trade press describes a product focus on automating data capture from email, calendar and other sources to reduce manual entry and surface relationship and lead signals.[1][2]
History
[edit]De Tijd profiled the company’s early aim to build a sales assistant that automates CRM data entry in 2015.[3] In October 2017, TechCrunch listed Salesflare among the startups featured in the Startup Alley Pavilions at Disrupt Berlin.[4] In May 2018, De Tijd reported that Teamleader co-founder Willem Delbare invested in the company.[5]
Product
[edit]Coverage by Data News and CMSWire highlights features for reducing manual entry and for relationship and lead prioritisation, including a relationship view fed by automatically gathered interactions.[1][2] Independent roundups note close integrations with common inboxes and channels; Zapier’s 2025 small-business CRM guide describes Salesflare as “best for automatic contact enrichment” and discusses use from Gmail, Outlook and LinkedIn.[6]
Reception
[edit]Salesflare has appeared in editorial lists and event selections, including the Zapier 2025 guide for small-business CRMs[6] and a 2018 Entrepreneur list based on activity on the Zapier platform.[7]
