Sagelva is a river in southern Norway. It flows through Akershus. Sagelva translates in English to 'Saw River'. It flows north from Fjellhamar, through Strømmen, before emptying into the Nitelva near Lillestrøm. [1]
It has historically been home to sawmills. Most have since been destroyed, however one has been rebuilt and is now open as a museum.[2]
