Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

RentalReady is a property management software developed by the GuestReady Group, a short-term rental company.[3] It was founded in 2016 by Alexander Limpert,[4][5] and is used to assist vacation rental operators[6]
RentalReady operates under a business-to-business model, meaning that its services are provided to other businesses rather than to consumers.[4]
Very recently, RentalReady has released apps for iOS and Android devices,[7][8] in an attempt to provide easier access to the software.
History
[edit]In 2016, Alexander Limpert founded GuestReady, motivated by the need to address operational challenges in short-term rental management that were not covered by conventional Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).[9] Shortly thereafter, GuestReady developed RentalReady[4] as a way to overcome challenges associated with rapid growth,[9] with licensing starting as early as 2019. GuestReady founder Alexander Limpert described the software as a "system built by operators, for operators."
By 2023, RentalReady had processed ~185,000 bookings and was managing ~6,000 properties, mostly across Europe and the Middle East.[10][11] During this period, RentalReady began experimenting with Artificial Intelligence, culminating with the release of fully autonomous AI Agent MAIA in 2024.[12][13][14][3][excessive citations].
In 2025, London-based property management company City Relay announced that they had chosen RentalReady as their software provider in order to support City Relay's expansion.[6][10]
Controversies
[edit]During a pitch to investors in 2023, CEO Alexander Limpert admitted that the company had not yet turned a profit despite raising £1.75 million that year.[15]
