Next Level Select Equal Opportunity Alliance Inc. (NLS EOA Inc.) is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization co-founded by Dr. Carl Anthony Walden and Sergeant Bruce Edward Hudson, with headquarters in Orlando, Florida, and operations in Newark, New Jersey, and Yerevan, Armenia. The organization is dedicated to youth empowerment through sports, entrepreneurship, and education.

NLS EOA Inc. oversees several divisions, including Prime Elevate Sports Group, Olympic Unique, Money Gang Music Group Inc., BC Aragats, and the developing BC Aragats Academy.

Mission

The mission of NLS EOA Inc. is to uplift underserved youth by providing access to quality education, sports training, artistic development, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial opportunities.

History

Founded in response to systemic inequities affecting underrepresented communities, NLS EOA Inc. was created to offer innovative pathways to success in fields ranging from professional sports to music and business.

Leadership

Dr. Carl Anthony Walden, also known as King Crazii, is an entrepreneur, music executive, and educator.

Sergeant Bruce Edward Hudson is a decorated military veteran and mentor with a focus on community leadership.

Both founders co-own and operate all divisions under NLS EOA Inc.

Prime Elevate Sports Group

A global sports mentorship and development program focused on youth athletes and coaches. The program provides:

Collegiate and professional recruiting access

NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) education

International tournaments and showcases

Awards: 2024 Global Recognition Award for community impact and partnership-building.

Olympic Unique

A youth empowerment and brand ownership initiative that helps young athletes become entrepreneurs in fashion, footwear, and tech.

Offers hands-on programs in design and production

Empowers youth to launch and own their own branded products

Money Gang Music Group Inc.

Founded in 2008 and launched officially in 2019 by Carl "King Crazii" Walden, this entertainment company includes:

LGBTQ+ artist advocacy

Mission: To empower artists with ownership, creative freedom, and legacy creation.

BC Aragats – Professional Basketball Team

Based in Yerevan, Armenia, BC Aragats was established in 2018. In its inaugural season, the team won the 2018–2019 Armenian A-League Championship.
