    Muhammad Ghalih is an Indonesian educator, researcher, and social entrepreneur. He is known for his contributions to the field of halal supply chain management, youth development, and education innovation in Indonesia and Taiwan. Ghalih is the founder of the Yayasan Ghalih Pelopor Pendidikan (Ghalih Foundation)[2]. He has also been recognized as a "Pemuda Pelopor Pendidikan" (Youth Pioneer in Education) in Indonesia.[3]

    Early life and education

    Muhammad Ghalih was born in Palangkaraya, 1992.[4] He pursued higher education in Indonesia and Taiwan, focusing on management, education, and supply chain research.[5]

    Career

    Ghalih began his career as a lecturer at Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut (POLITALA)[6], where he also served as Head of the Office of International Affairs.[7] He was later promoted to Assistant Professor.[8]

    In Taiwan, Ghalih has been actively involved in research on halal supply chain management, sustainable development, and entrepreneurship. He co-founded Global Network Professional (GNPRO)[9] to support academic collaboration and applied research.

    Ghalih has published works on youth and education[10], halal supply chains, sustainable development, and multi-criteria decision-making methods such as DEMATEL and BWM.[11]

    Community engagement

    Beyond academia, Ghalih leads the Yayasan Ghalih Pelopor Pendidikan[2], an educational foundation in South Kalimantan, Indonesia.[12] He has collaborated with organizations such as Afkar Institute[13], Global Network Professional (GNPRO)[14], Kerukunan Bubuhan Banjar Taiwan (KBB Taiwan)[15][16][17] and Kaohsiung Friends of Indonesia.[18]

    Recognition
