Michael Willis Heard (31 May 1972 - 9 November 2025[1]) was a Bermudan-American pastor-turned-homosexual adult content creator. He was known on TikTok, Instagram Reels and other online social media programs for his content, where he would do highly sexual acts, involving the saying of the phrase 'yes king', which became an online nickname for him.
Early Life
[edit]Heard was born in Elyria, Ohio, into a highly Christian family, raised by his father, and his mother, Loretta Shouse, alongside his older brother, Neal-Jhay Morris, who was born and raised in Bermuda[2], and sister, Kellie Armstead Didigu. Due to his family background, during his early life, he was very close to the church, which led to his desire that led to his initial occupation. He later resided in Houston, Texas, and eventually, Atlanta, Georgia, in order to move closer to the rest of his family. He also began to consider Bishop Stephen L. Wright to be his spiritual father after the passing of his biological father. He also began to pursue a PhD[3].
Occupation as a pastor
[edit]Heard initially worked as an ordained pastor, firming his connection with God and the Church, however, he began to drift away whilst exploring himself, eventually identifying as a pansexual and polyamorous, further causing him to move away from the church, despite retaining his relationship with God, as he often preached on social media, even after entering the sex industry.
Occupation as as sex worker
[edit]Around the mid-late 2010s, he began to create pornography, using websites like OnlyFans, going by the online name 'Free2BMe', and later, and more iconically, 'LoveandLightTV', including some variation, including 'iamloveandlighttv', which he initially used for his non-pornographic online presence. During his time as a sex worker, he met Monty J. Huffman, another sex worker, from Germany, going by the online alias 'BodyByMont'. They later married, adopting Mykel Crumbie as their adoptive daughter, who had her biological son, and adoptive grandson, to her parents, Kobe Heard. Heard announced his retirement in January, 2025, where he planned to retire in December, however, due to his death in November of that year, his plans were cut short.
Online Presence
[edit]Around the turn of the decade, during the COVID pandemic, during the height of Discord's early rise to fame, people began sharing his videos for humorous purpose, sharing many videos highlighting his aggressive 'top' nature, where the iconic quote, 'yes king' came to fruition in the online community. Around 2022-23, around the rise of thugposting, a format of memes, focusing on, specifically black, homosexuality, with other figures 'memed' on being 'Dreamybull', and 'Brandon the Barber', among others.
In early 2025, he was interviewed by the aformentioned Dreamybull, where he responded to fans, and for the first time, acknowledged the name he had earned online, 'yes king', to highly positive response. On this stream, he answered questions from fans, before announcing his retirement, due for December of that year, with a party planned to mark his journey and retirement in that year, which would not take place due to his death.[4]
Podcasts
[edit]In 2020, Heard and two other friends, Enrique and Mokka, created the 'Kingz in Konversation' podcast, where they talked about pop culture and politics, among other subjects.
In September 2025, shortly before his death, Heard and his two husbands, Diego Heard and Monty Huffman, started a podcast known as the YesKingz podcast, clearly showing their embrace towards the 'yes king' meme. Shortly after, he rebranded all of his social media to 'YesKingzTV', to promote the podcast. In the podcast, they talked about similar topics from the previous 2020 podcast, however, the podcast often focused on their relationship, with the podcast's motto being 'where Z stand for zaddies', hinting at a sexual and romantic nature, compared to the analytical, world-focused tone of the first podcast.
Acting Career
[edit]In 2024, Heard had a short-lived acting career (not related to pornography), where he played in the Amazon Prime Video movie 'Pastor', playing the main character, and the pastor himself, Jacob Love. The film is also available on Tubi.[5]
Other Careers
[edit]Before his passing, Heard also worked a counsellor and a life coach, before and after his departure from the church and his entry into the sex industry.[5]
Death
[edit]On 9 November 2025, Heard entered an asthma attack, which led to a heart attack, causing him to become brain dead, before dying shortly after the same day. His death was met to mass mourning worldwide, due to him having created a cult status in meme culture in the past decade. His daughter, Mykel Crumbie, describes him as 'the greatest man to ever live', and his spiritual father, Stephen L. Wright, said, 'Today my heart is crushed. My beloved son has transitioned from Earth to eternity. Michael Willis Heard treated and respected me like his literal father and I loved him just as if I’d birthed him' on the date of his death.[5][6]
Controversy
[edit]Shortly after his death, some users discovered a separate Michael Heard who also worked as a pastor, who was held on trial for the sexual assault of a 15-year-old boy, in 2002. This was easily provable to not be the same Michael Heard, as the middle name Willis is nowhere mentioned, and the Heard held on trial was born in 1978, being 47 as of now, unlike our Michael Heard, who was born in 1972, who would've been 53 now.[7] Many users tried to spread the claim that they were both the same person, mainly with the intent of spreading hate to Heard, out of homophobia.
