Mazaki (Hausa: Gidan Jatto,[2] Gidan Zaki) is a village community in Zonzon district of Zangon Kataf Local Government Area, southern Kaduna state in the Middle Belt region of Nigeria. The postal code for the village is 802140.[3][4][5]
Traditional Role
[edit]From the report been broadcast in the year 2020 about the killing of the district head, Mazaki (Gidan Jatto) the caption shows that the area serves as the location of the District Head (like a local traditional leader) within the Atyap Chiefdom.[6] In 2020, the District Head of Mazaki, Haruna Kuye, and his son, Destiny Kuye, were tragically killed in the settlement.
