Draft:Lorenzo Triburgo

Lorenzo Triburgo (b. 1980, Bronx, NY) is a trans-queer multimedia artist, photographer, writer, educator, and LGBTQ rights activist.[1] Triburgo works with performance, photography, video, and audio to examine constructs of gender, the politics of queer representation, and ideas of the “natural.”[2] Their work explores the relationships between artist, subject, and viewer, as well as the role of photography in representing marginalized communities.[3]
